Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:
- Directs the operation of the CCRC and acts as Administrator of the NHA
- Hire, train and inspire your team
- Ensures regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction
- Responsible for financial management
Nursing Home Administrator Requirements:
- Licensed NHA in the state of VA
- 2+ years leadership experience in a multi-level care community preferred
- Outstanding management and team-building skills
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements
Nursing Home Administrator Benefits:
- Competitive base salary $104- $150K doe plus performance bonus
- A very generous relocation bonus (2-year commitment required)
