We are looking for a proven high-volume Catering Sales Manager to spearhead catering sales operations in the Kansas City metro. What you'll receive:

  • Annual base salary up to $65k
  • Strong, uncapped COMMISSION structure, typically in the $30k+ range/annually
  • Medical, Dental, and Life insurance benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 90% of time spent in a sales capacity and 10% presence at events, when necessary

What you'll bring & do:

  • 5+ years of recent experience as a Catering Sales Manager in an upscale full-service hotel or catering venue, including significant experience with large-scale on and off-site elevated catering operations
  • Regularly meet with clients and the sales team to present mutually beneficial and creative solutions to event challenges
  • Build and maintain a robust book of business, typically producing at least $2MM/year individually
  • An engaging and polished professional presentation, including an innate comfortability with speaking in intimate settings and large group
