Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

• Keeps an orderly line
• Leadership
• Mastery of current systems and continuously strives to implement efficient processes
• Sets an example for BOH team
• Monitors safety, sanitation, and temperature processes

Executive Kitchen Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, upscale kitchen
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred
• Accountability
• Impeccable safety and sanitation standards
• Strong motivator & team builder
