We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales and Marketing Director to join our team in Kentucky. This key leadership role is integral in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for our property. Join our team and contribute to the success of our hotel! Director of Sales and Marketing Benefits

Director of Sales and Marketing Requirements

  • 8+ years in hotel sales and marketing
  • Hilton experience is highly desired
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude – driven to succeed

Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team providing guidance and support to achieve goals
  • Develop/execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase profits
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Prepare and present sales reports/forecasts to senior management
