Now looking to grow our team, we are adding a Crew Supervisor.

No two days are ever the same, but most days will include the following responsibilities: 

  • Lead all site projects from start to completion, on time and budget, and in accordance with all technical/ safety criteria
  • Proactively coordinate and communicate progress, needs, and potential outcomes with subs and internal leadership
  • Accurate reporting of progress, time use, reporting, COs, etc

You’re a good fit for us if you have/are: 

  • 5+ years of civil/ site supervision experience, with a track record of successful projects in such areas as trenching, boring, erosion control, roadway, excavation, or other horizontal development
  • Proficient in PM/ job-related software

 Benefits:
