A great Area Role overseeing 5 hotels in the Pittsburgh market with premium hotel brands. This is a growing hotel company wanting to elevate and grow its revenue management support.
Director of Revenue Management Area Benefits and Compensation:
- Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
- Salary $75K – $95K plus outstanding revenue management bonus
- 401K with company match
- Paid PTO and Holidays
Director of Revenue Management Area Qualification/Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy for 5 properties in the Pittsburgh Market with a mix of full service and select service hotels.
- Aid property teams with pricing hotel to drive increased RevPAR
- Analyze brand support reporting to develop rate strategies to optimize rate.
- Previous multi-property revenue management experience.
- Previous experience with Hilton, Marriott and Wyndham revenue management systems.
- Strong reporting analysis, written and verbal communication required.
