Overview: We seek an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the operations of two limited-service properties in New Mexico. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Benefits:

  • Salary $75,000- $80,000
  • Performance-based bonus

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of two limited service properties
  • Ensure properties are maintained to brand standards
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage budgets to maximize profitability
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a General Manager role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Financial acumen and experience with budget management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
