Assistant General Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of two years of AGM experience in a fine dining environment
  • Experience analyzing P&L, Inventory, and Cost Controls
  • Expert with all fine dining steps of service
  • Deliver high standards and build customer base
