We are looking for our next financial leader! We are a unique, independent hotel and we need a Finance Director that is an out-of-the-box thinker, who is highly organized, highly professional, and can guide our team in making financial choices. We empower our finance director to run their department!

Hotel Director of Finance Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business management. MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as a Finance Director for a full-service hotel
  • 3+ years with an independent hotel or hotel with decentralized accounting system
  • Experience creating reports and presentations and delivering directly to ownership
  • Experience with creating PnL reports, Forecasts, and Budgets
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Excellent and proven abilities with financial analysis

Hotel Director of Finance Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all finance and accounting for the business entity
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting including month and year-end
  • Ensure proper payment of taxes
  • Manage cash flow proactively
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to effectively manage all finances
  • Create reports through analysis that will help guide ownership and leadership in decision-making processes

Hotel Director of Finance Benefits:
