How your experiences line up with the opportunity…

·       You have 5+ years of proven experience as a top-tier luxury Community Executive Director

·       A Bachelor’s Degree

·       You’re full of initiative and demonstrate the drive to lead your team in delivering first-class member experiences

·       You genuinely believe in clearing barriers and allowing associates to deliver excellent experiences

·       You are an inspiring and empowering leader with hospitality and excellence as integral parts of your DNA

·       You’re canny and intuitive, knowing precisely when to put your hand in direction and when to let your team take the lead of their accord

·       You display fluid and innovative business acumen and can speak effectively and from experience to our high-level members

·       Ultimately, you are a leader in driving top-line growth. Maximizing the productivity of revenue streams and developing your occupancies to the total capacity
