Calling all Human Resources Generalists: A popular Fast-casual Restaurant Concept is seeking talented, motivated, outgoing, friendly, and detail-focused candidates to join their Human Resource Department. Join a company that supports, teaches, and develops candidates who join them to be successful in their HR careers. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will administer the day-to-day responsibilities of the HR Department in the areas of recruiting, compensation, performance management, benefits, and employee training. You will be a vital part of the HR team, providing strategic, tactical, and analytical support.
Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
- Identify candidates, conduct reference checks, extend employment offers
- Invoicing, Track Data per detailed info, communicate to file and supervisor.
- Ensure legal compliance of state and federal regulations and employment laws, update policies and procedures.
- Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters, including complaints brought forward by employees.
Human Resources Generalist Qualifications
- 3-5 years of demonstrable HR Generalist experience
- Working knowledge of HR information systems (ADP Workforce is preferred)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Skilled with Microsoft Suite programs
- Critical thinking and proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Ability to lift 15lbs, as well as sit fit for extended periods of time
Education Requirements:
A Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Business is preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education
