Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a kitchen management role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Upbeat, professional attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

• Train, coach, and direct the team during shifts
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience
• Monitor and control food costs and waste
• Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable – integrity and respect are priorities
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards and exceed guest expectations
