General Manager Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years in a GM role
Hands-on Mentality
Great Computer Skills
Some financial acumen
Excellent communication skills
Unquestionable character and integrity
Background working with youth is a plus

General Manager Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day operations
Dealing with guests and customers
Leading staff members
Writing schedules
Helping conduct inventories
Helping maintain a positive work culture
