We are looking for an Operating Partner to join our team of restaurant professionals. We are a well establish restaurant company, who is seeking to pivot, and increase our focus on two distinct areas. Genuine, PERSONAL service, and a distinct focus on establishing and improving our employee's satisfaction. If you are a hands on, servant leader, who has no issue working side by side with your staff and talking to each one of our valued guests, then please apply.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • 10+ years of upscale dining general management experience
  • $10M+ in restaurant sales volume experience
  • Very high volume experience, a must!
  • Solid tenures, no job hoppers
  • Full P&L accountability
  • Get dirty and improve the lives of everyone in the building
