Our General Managers in the Indianapolis area earn $90,000 to $100,00 in total compensation. We are growing. We have five restaurants in the next two years in the Indianapolis area. Requirements for Restaurant General Managers

• Three years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in Fast Food
• No more than two jobs in the last five years 
• Strong Leadership skills
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-shoulder management style
