We buy the best locations, and our restaurants are located in high-traffic retail areas. Our company does not limit your earning!!!!! Our General Managers in the Indianapolis area earn $90,000 to $100,00 in total compensation. We are growing. We have five restaurants in the next two years in the Indianapolis area. Requirements for Restaurant General Managers
- Three years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in Fast Food
- No more than two jobs in the last five years
- Strong Leadership skills
- Hands-on, lead-from-the-shoulder management style
