Our client is seeking an exceptional leader to fill their Service Manager role in Green Bay. The most qualified candidates will have an industrial background in pumps, compressors, and vacuums, along with a strong leadership focus.
Service Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $75k-$85k
- Annual bonus opportunity
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Company vehicle with a fuel card
- 401(k) plan
- Holiday pay
Service Manager Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of industrial pumps, compressors, and vacuums to include troubleshooting and repairs
- At least two years of leadership experience
- Above average ERP and Microsoft Suite user experience
- Ability to be a self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and Technicians
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team and hold them accountable to performance standards
- Assist with client quotes and recommended repairs
- Meet assigned KPIs
