We are seeking a highly motivated beverage manager to join our brand new high-volume concept in Detroit, MI. You must be experienced in managing bar and restaurant operations, and be highly adaptable to change. This is a great opportunity to join a growing brand offering a chance to showcase your mixology.

Beverage Manager Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in a full-service, bar heavy environment
  • High volume, multi-outlet venue experience – $6+ million annually
  • A passion for mixology and beverage program development
  • Ability to train and coach large bar department
  • NRO experience a huge plus
  • Experience with running shifts in a high volume setting

Beverage Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement beverage programs for 3 outlets
  • Oversee entire bar staff
  • Assist in managing dining room/servers
  • Ability to train existing and incoming staff
  • Constantly push the boundaries on cocktail development in high-volume setting
