Tax Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications
- CPA certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Strong experience with preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
- Research and consult on complex tax issues
- 7+years of accounting firm experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role at a CPA firm
- Coach and mentor staff.
- Experience with individual & business returns with a strong understanding of accounting & trial balance entries
- Experienced with Ultra Tax & Lacerte a plus
