As a Franchise Business Partner (FBP), you will work closely with Franchise Ownership, Operators, and store-level Management ensuring both brand compliance and consistent delivery of commitment to creating a positive guest experience. As an FBP your greatest impact will be made by proactively engaging with the designated restaurants within your territory. You will work in partnership with our Director of Operations Services to maintain ongoing communication, promote ongoing customer service initiatives, and ensure franchisees are adhering to our effective business systems and strategies.

Franchise Business Partner Responsibilities
- Develop, inspire, and maintain exceptional customer relationships within your assigned franchise territory.
- Maintain frequent contact with franchise owners to help each franchise owner stay engaged, accountable, and focused on growth.
- Perform effective analysis of restaurant operations. Report, record, and react to gaps in brand execution using all brand resources.
- Work with franchisee ownership on their development of action plans for outlier performance based on the goals and objectives of the brand by matching gaps in performance with operational resources to improve overall restaurant operations.
- Ability to learn, teach, and share with others all of the procedures and values
- Travel Requirements: frequent travel is required in this role (60-75%); must be able to travel via air and drive a vehicle for extended periods.
