Assistant Director of Finance Benefits and Compensation

  • Salary range 95-100k
  • Bonus Opportunity 20%
  • PTO

Assistant Director of Finance Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in hotel accounting and leadership
  • Supervise and manage hotel accounting activities, including cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Oversee the daily accounting functions for a large hotel complex (excluding casino operations) and assist the Director of Finance
  • Support the Director of Finance in leading a large accounting team, covering areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and purchasing
  • Examine financial data and operational performance, providing guidance to Department Heads to achieve the hotel's financial goals
