The GM will be responsible for all day-to-day venue operations and will help establish our concepts across the multiple geographic regions we are currently open in. This role offers the possibility of becoming part of an exciting company with multiple brands in the social entertainment space with tremendous growth opportunities.

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Be a coach and teammate
- Deliver a spectacular guest experience
- Effectively oversee venue performance
- Have fun in a safe and professional way
- Don't just run a venue, but help build a business
General Manager Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of restaurant or entertainment venue experience
- ServSafe Certification, local Food handler Certifications (as required)
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
- You are a people-first leader who cares about delivering a fantastic experience for our guests and team.
- A proven leader with experience operating and overseeing the full operation
- Ability to understand data, financials, and analytics to develop key performance insights
- Basic computer knowledge and office skills required
