Senior Tax Associate Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement domestic and international tax strategies.
• Ensure compliance with international tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Advise on tax implications of cross-border transactions and investments.
• Provide legal counsel on tax, estate planning, and trust matters.
• Represent clients in tax disputes, audits, and litigation.
• Draft and review tax-related legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and provide analyses on tax laws.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and staff.
• Manage client relationships and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Contribute to business development and participate in networking activities.

Senior Tax Associate Qualifications:

• LL.M. in Taxation or CPA license
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in domestic and international tax planning and consulting, within a law firm or the tax department of an accounting firm
• Strong academic credentials with excellent research and writing abilities
• Proven practical experience in case management
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Admission to the FL State Bar
• Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are a plus
