We are expanding a new concept and are adding a strategic and results-driven VP of Operations to the team to support and facilitate that growth. VP of Operations Requirements and Responsibilities

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in senior operations management in a full-service restaurant chain with a track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills – the ability to inspire and motivate
  • Analytical mindset to analyze data and KPIs to make informed decisions, enhancing efficiency and profitability
  • Ability to travel 75-80% of the time for concept growth and new openings
  • Strong financial acumen to oversee all budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Collaborate with executive team members to develop and execute growth strategies (new openings and market expansion)
