Senior Estate Planning Associate Responsibilities:
- Draft wills, trusts, and various estate planning documents.
- Oversee and review third-party preparation of estate planning documents.
- Conduct preliminary drafting of simple 709 and 706 tax returns.
- Advise clients on strategies to achieve their estate planning objectives.
- Clearly explain complex legal concepts and estate plans to clients.
Senior Estate Planning Associate Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in estate planning
- Strong academic credentials with excellent research and writing abilities
- Proven practical experience in case management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Admission to the FL State Bar
