We are looking for a Restaurant Director of Operations who leads with integrity and ethics!

Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements/Responsibilities:

• You must have 3+ years in a Director or Regional title role
• You must have recent/current experience in full-service concepts that serves LBW
• You must have experience overseeing over 6+ locations
• You must have a track record of Company loyalty – no more than 3 jobs in 10 years
• You must have integrity, character, and professionalism
• You must be committed to CARING about the entire team – salaried and hourly
• You must be able to travel within your region
• Drive a culture of operational excellence
• Create over-the-top employee and guest experiences
• Coach GM's and Managers on leadership
• Operational excellence and financials
• Embrace and leverage diversity and inclusion; values diverse viewpoints
• Seek to understand and value employees’ unique needs and aspirations
• Establishes plans, communicates strategy, and measures specific financial goals to achieve sustained increases in restaurant sales and profitability
