Land Surveyor Manager (PSM) Benefits:
· Salary range $80 – 120k based on experience

Land Surveyor Manager Qualifications:
· PLS, PSM or RLS Certification or commitment to obtain is required
· 2+ years relevant education, training, classes, or on the job experience
· Civil Engineering (surveying specialization), Geomatics Engineering, or Spatial Analysis training is a big plus
· Approachable, open communication leadership style required
· Proven ability to guide, train and develop junior team members
Land Surveyor Manager Responsibilities:
· Manage/ oversee up to 10–20 projects at a time
· Supervise and coach up to a 5-member team
· Negotiate, phase track, and quality control assigned projects
· Superior communication skills between company leadership, surveying team, and clients
