Restaurant AGM Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of management experience in an upscale-casual environment
- Solid understanding of business operations and P&L management
- Excellent customer service skills with a guest focused mindset
- Lead by example, and not afraid to be hands-on
- Develop solid teams guided by empathy and a people-first approach
- Experience with increasing sales
- Passion for training and developing team
- Demonstrate an owner's mentality approach to operations and problem-solving
