A full-service, luxury hotel is looking for a dynamic Senior Executive Chef in the New York Metro area. Beautiful property with high-end special event, inside and outside spaces.

 

*Relocation package to NY Metro area is available*

 

Senior Executive Chef Benefits:

·      Salary $160k+ and a discretionary bonus

·      Potential relocation package

·      Comprehensive healthcare

·      Accrued PTO/ Vacation

 

Senior Executive Chef Requisites:

·      2yr degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Mgmt. and 4yrs experience

·      OR 5yrs experience in Culinary, F&B or related professional area

·      Must be able and willing to function in the hotel’s MOD program

 

Senior Executive Chef Responsibilities:

·      Drive revenue and control costs; food, supplies, uniforms and equipment

·      Provide support and direction for new menu development

·      Monitor and oversee sanitation and food handling compliance

·      Organize purchasing, receiving and food storage processes
