Front Office Manager Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Prior experience in full-service or luxury property in a similar role
  • Excellent guest-facing skills
  • Supervise reservations team and front desk agents
  • Reconcile billings and handle disputes
  • Manager gift card processing
  • Guest correspondence and relations
