Front Office Manager Requirements and Responsibilities
- Prior experience in full-service or luxury property in a similar role
- Excellent guest-facing skills
- Supervise reservations team and front desk agents
- Reconcile billings and handle disputes
- Manager gift card processing
- Guest correspondence and relations
