General Manager Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years of experience in a fine restaurant General Manager role
- Strong attention to detail

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Coach, train, develop, and mentor hourly and management staff
- Fully responsible for team performance, morale, and productivity
