As an Event Supervisor for our catering and events venues, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating seamless and memorable events. Event Supervisor Qualifications and Responsibilities

• 3+ years as an event lead or supervisor
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and event logistics
• Lead and inspire a high-performing catering and events operations and sales team – coach, mentor, train, and support
• Assist in developing detailed event plans, including timelines, floor plans, and staffing requirements
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure all elements of the event are executed flawlessly
•  Supervise and lead banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and venue policies
