As an Event Supervisor for our catering and events venues, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating seamless and memorable events. If you enjoy overseeing the planning, execution, and overall coordination of banquets and events and creating memorable experiences for guests, send your resume today!
Event Supervisor Qualifications and Responsibilities
- 3+ years as an event lead or supervisor
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and event logistics
- Lead and inspire a high-performing catering and events operations and sales team – coach, mentor, train, and support
- Assist in developing detailed event plans, including timelines, floor plans, and staffing requirements
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all elements of the event are executed flawlessly
- Supervise and lead banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and venue policies
