JOB DESCRIPTION 

This is a very hands-on position where you will be responsible for executing the company's vision while directing, motivating, and leading your team to excellent results. 

Restaurant Kitchen Manager:

  • 2+ years Restaurant Kitchen Manager experience with no more than 2 Jobs in the Last five years
  • Experience in High Volume American Fare, Seafood and BBQ
  • Must be passionate about food and want to contribute to the creative process
  • Must have experience cutting fish and beef
  • Must be passionate about cleanliness and food safety
  • Must be highly organized and communicate well up and down the chain of command.
  • Prefer someone Bilingual 

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Benefits:

  • A highly competitive salary 60-65K and 12-16K in bonus (TOTAL 70-75K)
  • Achievable bonus potential (25% of base)
