Director of Food + Beverage Responsibilities + Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Hotel F+B management experience
  • Prior experience with Hilton brands is given priority
  • Luxury, boutique hotel experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, POS platforms, along with accounting skills/ financial acumen.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams with encouragement, feedback, and strong training skills
