We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage critical financial functions, including sales tax preparation, financial close processes, inventory costing, collections, and payables. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key responsibilities while contributing to the company’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Manage sales tax filings and inventory costing processes
- Assist with month-end and year-end close, as well as audit preparations
- Leverage ERP systems to enhance financial processes
- Support accounts payable/receivable and maintain internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA a plus)
- 1-3 years of accounting experience (CPG or manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-focused team player
