We are an established, super fun and exciting restaurant group looking for a high-energy, and entrepreneurial Assistant Manager! We offer great benefits, and we promote a great work-life balance.
Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in Fast Food, Fast Casual, or QSR dining
- Ability to hire, train, teach, coach, and develop team members
- Ability to work in the FOH and BOH
- Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in 5 years)
- Annual sales volume experience of $2M+
Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements:
- Must be passionate about hospitality
- Be successful in creating a great working environment
- Have a full knowledge of food cost and labor cost
- Must be very hands-on
- Have a guest-first, team-first attitude
