We need a hard-working, personable, and dependable housekeeping manager! Our resort is seasonal and is very busy! We are looking for a Year Round housekeeping manager who will run our property through the season and help with other properties in the down season. Housing is provided in Gloucester, MA.

Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as a housekeeping Manager in a seasonal, boutique property
  • 3 years of excellent tenure with progressive responsibilities and positions
  • Hard work ethic and hands-on leadership style
  • Personable and hospitable personality
  • Experience with J-1 employees
  • Experience with Task Force positions is preferred
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferred

Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the housekeeping team with professionalism and integrity
  • Work alongside the housekeeping team to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest experience
  • Work with the hotel department leaders on crafting the guest experience
  • Work task force positions in the off-season as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
