Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:

Partner with the Executive team to manage daily restaurant operations
Involved in menu development and recipe testing
Train and develop a team of cooks into future leaders
Financial accountability, inventory management
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food presentation

Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining environment
Demonstrated administrative abilities in inventory control, costing, and scheduling
Experience with 5M or more in volume
Polish and professionalism
