We are seeking a passionate Executive Chef for a new, modern, unique, fine-dining Israeli/Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of West Palm Beach. Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef with a full-service, upscale concept
  • Experience with modern Israeli/Italian/Mediterranean cuisine is necessary! Kosher experience is a PLUS
  • NRO Experience is a PLUS!
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop their team
  • High sales volume experience of $5+ million
  • Steady tenures

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other members of leadership to create memorable guest experiences
  • Ensures the restaurant is accountable for the successful execution of all operating systems (ordering, receiving, storage, inventory, etc.)
  • Maintain food and labor costs equal to or below the budget
  • Ensures food quality of all products and menu items from purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, execution, and service
