Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a large team of service staff
• Oversee hiring in the service department
• Focuses on perfect guest experiences and ensures all guests leave happy
• Oversees training and development of all FOH staff
• Maintains a fair schedule for all team members and ensures proper coverage of all shifts
• Holds daily pre-shift meetings and keeps staff informed
• Holds all staff accountable and sets action plans with continued follow-up
• Effectively communicates with General Manager
• Ensures strict standards for safety and sanitation
• Ensures schedules are written to budget
• Works directly with the Event Coordinator for staffing on all events, parties, and catering
• Maintains high standards for uniform and hygiene of all staff members
• Monitor guest satisfaction, including online reviews
• Lead with integrity and respect

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• 2 years Manager experience or higher in a Full Service, High-Volume Restaurant
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly Organized
• Hospitality Degree preferred but not required
• Serv Safe Certified preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, experience with Toast is a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States
