A top catering company in Charlotte is looking for an accomplished Sales Manager. My client is a well-established, fast-growing, catering company in the Charlotte area. Their needs are for an experienced offsite Catering Sales Manager to focus on Weddings & Social offsite events.

Catering Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Expert in building client and guest relationships
  • Plans and communicates effectively with the Team and Managers
  • History of driving revenue through proactive sales building

Catering Sales Manager Requirements

  • Passionate about hospitality and food & beverage, with a minimum of 5 years of similar work experience in catering/event sales. Must have experience in Wedding & Social Sales (off-site)
  • An expert in Catering & Events, a strong leader, a natural salesperson, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
  • Knowledge of the Charlotte market is a MUST!

Catering Sales Manager Compensation

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Strong Commission – Total package (base + com) to $90K+
