We're seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee a state-of-the-art facility with four elegant rooms capable of hosting weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Sweet 16s, and more. As the driving force behind our team, you'll ensure every event is flawlessly executed, creating memorable experiences for our guests. Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a GM role within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Sales Expertise: Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with experience managing a large team.
• F&B Buying Experience: Familiarity with food and beverage procurement for large-scale events.
• Operational Excellence: Expertise in overseeing multiple events and optimizing venue operations.

Requirements:

• Catering Experience: Extensive experience in catering for large events such as weddings and Bar Mitzvahs.
• Team Management: Ability to manage a staff of 100, ensuring smooth operations across all events.
• Location Proximity: Must be within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Client Relations: Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and service.
