GREAT GENERAL MANAGER OPPORTUNITY – Iconic restaurant in the Indianapolis area is in need of an experienced upscale polished General Manager who is a great leader of people! Are you a driven performer with a true passion for the hospitality industry?

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 3–5 years GM experience in a full-service, upscale scratch kitchen environment
- Experience in sales volumes of up to $4 million per year, inclusive of Private Events
- Wine knowledge preferred
- Exceptionally service-oriented and hospitality-driven
- Established longevity & career progression
- Professional image & demeanor

- Leadership presence and involvement in all areas of the business
- Models hospitality and ensures his team delivers service excellence
- Delivers the highest quality service and contributes to exceeding expectations
