Restaurant Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 1+ year of management experience in an upscale-casual environment
  • Solid work ethic with a keen eye for detail.
  • Guest-focused, calm under pressure, high-energy with a positive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Cultivate meaningful guest relationships and build sales
  • Mentor and coach staff through teaching and genuine care
  • Develop solid teams guided by empathy and a people-first approach
