Associate Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a high-volume, corporate restaurant setting.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, develop team members, and engage with the community.
  • Cost Management: Strong knowledge of product cost control.
  • Kitchen Knowledge: Kitchen experience is helpful but not required for this role.
