We are seeking a talented Area Manager for a Quick Service concept. First-in-class service with dynamic people skills and strong communication skills. Minimal travel between the locations.

District Manager Requirements:

• 5 years experience of Multi-Unit Management or District Manager experience.
• Focused on team development.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, accounting, budgeting, and administrative procedures.
• Must be able to manage between 5–7 locations.

District Manager Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates strong communication skills.
• Developing management team.
• P&L review and cost control.
• Maximizes sales goals vs budget and prior year.
• Plans and conducts working store visits with all levels of store management.
