Sous Chef Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Upscale and/or fine dining experience
  • $5+ Million volume restaurant
  • Butcher skills- working with lots of steak cuts
  • Assist with plate costing, controlling labor, driving sales
  • Willing to grow within company!
