We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join a 50+-year-old machining manufacturer. This position is critical for accurate compliance for Federal, Local, and State compliance along with the International tax strategy. If you are looking to join a growing, stable organization, please apply!
Corporate Tax Manager Responsibilities:
- Review Domestic and International monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax provisions
- Prepare financial statement tax footnote disclosures in accordance with SEC regulations and ASC 740
- Reconcile general ledger tax accounts and maintain supporting records
- Manage control procedures for the tax process for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
Corporate Tax Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation
- CPA Certification
- 3+ years of tax experience
- International experience and Transfer pricing preferred
