Restaurant Floor Manager Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop your team.
- A working manager who is a superior communicator and delegator.
- Enjoys delighting and interacting with guests.
Restaurant Floor Manager Qualifications
- Must have previous experience and be comfortable with elevated alcohol service.
- 18 months plus of management experience in the polished casual segment
- Prior experience working in DC establishments is highly preferred
