We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food/Retail Manager to oversee daily operations, act as a brand ambassador, and drive business growth in the Fredericksburg area and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Food / Retail Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in an upscale restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial understanding and experience with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Self-starter with a positive ambassador demeanor who can engage in growth and build a customer base

Food / Retail Manager Responsibilities:

  • Enforce high service standards and conduct regular training sessions
  • Oversee the store's ambiance, cleanliness, product displays, and organization
  • Plan and execute special events, product tastings, and in-store promotions
  • Oversee inventory, conduct regular audits, and manage ordering
  • Implement quality control measures for all products
  • Policy and Procedure Development
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for new hires
