CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER BENEFITS:

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise 5-7 Directors
- Recruit, train and supervise staff including medical, administrative and support personnel
- Oversee day to day operations of the clinic
- Develop and implement policies
- Manage budgets, financial performance
- Collaborate with CEO and leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans
- Monitor industry trends
- Oversee billing and coding
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, administration or related field required – Master's degree preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in healthcare management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven financial management and budgeting expertise
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations
- The ability to work with physicians, staff, and professionals in multiple settings and locations
